Yes, someone who can solder PCB boards. The old chip is desoldered (double sided). and the new socket installed in it's place. I include full instructions to give to whoever does it.
If you need a UK chip, as per my for sale thread, you need to check your ECU for the code G00 on the sticker. It will not work on an ECU with a code G01.
