HELP - Rear fog light switch wiring

I didn't even consider the 4th gen might be the same. Looks like my understanding of it was right so hopefully no fuses / bulbs will be blown
Still don't know how it holds the circuit on though. A multimeter on the switch tells me that the fog light should only be on whilst the switch is pressed but fortunately that's not the case. That would be a real design flaw!
