ignition switch?

About the ignition switch, it is a know defective part if i remember correctly.

A friend of mine on his 5th gen went to a local Honda dealer a few months ago and he was told that Honda will replace the switch for free

I didn't find the correct words to explain it but i hope you will understand

( maybe the word "recall" is the good word?)

Yep, recall is correct and some other on here have tried that one before, too.

Yeah there is a vin check on the Honda website that will tell you if there is an open recall on your car http://www.honda.co.uk/cars/owners/reca ... dates.html
