Update from my mate. He says it works really well with the iPhone, no complaints. He also suggests having a poke around in here: http://forum.parrot.com/english/viewforum.php?id=34
[edit] he also keeps an SD Card full of music in there too in case he is ever without his phone.

Too much flaffing around, then there will times you forget and leave the phone in hu, which could be a very expensive mistake.
Oh, not forgetting when you are cruising along and the Missus says "can I borrow the phone I want to check something on the Internet...." It will be in and out of that head unit like Nitin on a greased up rent boy.

I love the Pioneer Head units. Have done since the days of the old DEH-P9300 I had.
Just bought the 6400BT model and I love it. All the usual features like built in x-overs, sub control etc, USB on the rear, Ipod Control, SD Slot and Bluetooth.
The SD and USB is great - it loads the file structure almost immediately - no waiting like a lot of units
I like the built in X-Overs as well. Can shut all the subs off and revert the speakers to full range for when my son is in the car and the opposite when he isn't. And I swear they do a better job than the Kicker Active unit I had in before.
And the Mixtrax is a total gimmick but I like it! Means you don't get a break between tracks.
All in all I like it and would recommend it.
