bb4 fogs not working

To clarify - that's In Car Entertainment - not frozen water

yea, thanks ive checke everything idividually, might just get an auto electriian out, again.....

If I were you I would get to the last point you know it works, then rip the unknown bits out, and rewire it yourself. I wired all of my front fogs and its not hard from the relay onwards.
