I did it as well. The most complicated part of job was finding all needed parts. If you have everything you need then it's nice and easy job. One thing I didn't solved is ilumination. I can't get it dimming with the rest of the dash. But one day I will come back to it.

Don't be scared and go for it. IMHO it's worth the hassle and dash looks a lot better. I'm in suffolk and if you're local I can help. Otherwise you can make as much questions as you need and I'm sure LG will help :mrgreen:

Nothing major. The only very slight issue I have is when driving worth headlights on during the day. The display dims with the lights (as it should) which makes it difficult to see unless it's quite dark. I am going to put a switch in so I can turn off the dimming. Other than that it's great.

Ive heard of other peoplw having those dimming issues too, wonder what is causing it?

Generally not an issue as lights are only on when it's dark enough to see a dimmed display. It's not a fault, as it's designed so that the display isn't bright and distracting at night. The clock dims too and always has. It's just that I want to control it rather than put up with it. :mrgreen:
