Spoon chip - worth fitting?

Well, I had a look for my convertor last night while stripping out my badgered radiator - and could I find it? Could I bollocks! I did find a knackered reverse light switch on the gearbox tho.. but no convertor. Could it be that it was put in behind the clocks, but put in incorrectly so that I have no speed limiter but also no VTEC in 1st?

Hi guys. I no this thread is old now but i have a limiter on my bb4 at around 120 on my clocks but i still have jdm 180kph clocks reading in mph. I have vtec in 1st? Whats going on im confused??
