4g rear fog relocation

Looking at relocating my ukdm rear fog to the offside reverse bulb, with the intention of fitting a jdm bumper and having to have a stupid hanging fog.
anyone done this? Is it simply a case of wiring in the current fog to the reverse bulb 2 wires?

Just need to wire in the + wire from the original fog

and fit a red bulb
Or you could do what I have.......get one of those cheap square hang down ones, and put it on a hinge. When it comes to MOT just pull it down and get a pass. As soon as you're home tuck it up out the way for the next 364 days
