what bulbs are these?

both my front foglights are blown. so i took out the passenger side to check the type and this is like what came out. except mine are blue.
Can anyone identify what this PIAA bulb is? All that is on the bulb is 12v 55w - I would have thought there should be a code on it but I could not find it.
Sorry about the poor picture quality but at least the main features of the bulb are visible as i robbed it from the web.
