remote central locking not working

Hi need some help my cl is not working from remote works fine from key in door don't know where to start any help much appreciated oh its a 5g thanks

I would check the battery if you have not already done so. Also check the connections for the battery. Press the button and listen for a micro switch click. If it doesn't click then the button could have broken from the board. If the problem is not with the switch i wouldn't know where to start
