I have pretty much the same setup in my living room (integrated into a retro tape deck :ugeek: ), problem being that the Pi's sound quality is a bit lacking and I'd hate to use the XBMC front end in a car. Someone needs to write a car specific front end piece of software to work it. @Confused @Gayno. :poke: :whistle:

Agreed, I use a Pi at home for XBMC on the TV, linked to my backend media server which holds the files.

Couldn't use it for a CarPC though.

There is development of an Android app currently, which is designed to run on a 7" tablet, which is about the right size to fabricate into a double din size space ;)
