black box in footwell

Was chopping some of the unwanted wiring loom away today from the 5th Gen racecar
There is a black box attached to the ABS control unit in the passenger footwell area
What is it for as there were no markings on it to tell what it was
Just so I know if I can remove it or not

are you keeping the abs? if not then cut away if you are i would leave it

I've removed ABS plugs etc but ABS pump and lines will have to stay until next year.
The black box was at the side of the silver ABS control unit

yes its plugged into the loom and has 2 light blue plugs
