Do you see BA5 with a front wiper of PRELUDE 3rd gen(1991) as a timing-type intermittent wiper?
Please tell me whether the unit of the car is usable as for the intermittent unit other than Honda if.
Thanking you in advance.

I looked into it, it's all down the relay used. Easiest one to wire in is the VW 99 relay - but I never actually got around to doing it!
Here is a guide to the process on a Land Rover - the relay does all the heavy lifting automatically

Thank you!
But,Wiper control of 3RD GEN PRELUDE is at the root of the lever,
I think that probably I cannot attach the commercial unit.

Found the old thread about this, it seems you use the 99 relay inline with the existing system:

We never got as far as a wiring diagram though?
@littlefeller - you still about?

yep I'm still alive

though no longer have the Honda, yes you can use the 99 relay on a 4th gen, never tried on a 3rd though I would have thought it would be easier. the intermittent part is controlled by the master control unit so cant be adjusted that way but what I did was use the 99 relay between the stalk and the control unit, as far as the control unit is concerned it just appears as though you are just switching the intermittent on and off again. you will need a separate power feed for the relay, I used a dash switch so I could power it on before using the intermittent wipe, the hardest part was figuring which pole did what on the relay. google is your friend for this as its quite a common mod on all kinds of cars.
