4th gen retrofit hid projectors

So as title says im looking to retrofit some projector lenses into my Stanley headlights to take on the role
Of my dipped lights as they are absaloute garbage, got nightbreakers in, sanded and polished the headlights and still struggling with visibility. This is the only thing that lets the car down so time to rectify.

So obviously first step is getting the lenses. I have a honda accord cl7 sitting in my driveway sitting doing nothing that im considering butchering the lights on.(at least would still be honda lol)

Next step would be sourcing the hid kit with ballast and what not.
Anyone recommend a decent set?

As the car is my daily, realistically im going to need a cheap set of lights to slap on the car while working on the projector, as from what i can gather is its not a quick 5min job to do properly

Any info, advice is greatly appreciated

I have done it to but an a 5th gen.

Are the cl7 projectors hid specific?

Don't use halogen projectors with hid bulbs. The reflector bowls at the back of the projector are angled differently to cope with Halogen light or xenon light.

I would aim for some morimoto mini projectors or infinity fx r bi xenon projectors that's have high and low beam in one.

Cheers@wurlycorner looked through @K30DPC 's thread and he had all the info on this that that i needed

@RattyMcClelland i think you are correct after a bunch of research they dont appear to be compatible so will look into morimoto or infinity fx
