4g - Clunk when changing heater setting

Post by Angus » Wed Jun 21, 2017 12:17 pm

Any ideas on this one?

JDM heater controls.

When I change the temperature up from, say 18 to around 21 or 22, I get an audible clunk from behind the dash somewhere. Obviously something in the air blower system - anyone got any idea what it might be? I get the impression it's a flap switching over or something like that.

It only seems to do it the first time I change the temperature, then I can go up and down as much as I want and it doesn't clunk again until I leave the car for a few hours.
