I know you need the mirrors and switch. Is there any kind of relay like in the 4th gen?

I'm not too sure. Have you sold the power folding mirrors and do the fold smoothly?

They did. I best check as it's been ages. Not sold as of yet but do have someone interested.

There is a single relay needed for both mirrors. I still have the directional switch with fold momentary push switch if anyone needs it (along with an original one aswell)

I'm not sure of the relays original location, as i wired mine in separately under the dash with a separate switch (leaving the heated mirror switch where it is).

the mechanisms can be rebuilt but its a very very fiddly process (especially the spring loaded slip ring - wear goggles!). I can't imagine why they would stick, almost certainly something broken inside by the sounds of it.

If anyone is thinking of retro fitting folding mirrors to a lude that didn't come with it, Don't bother - its a royal pain in the arse.
