Has anyone thought about fitting the pulsing indicator led strips in there back lights ? I'm sure it can't be that hard to give them a modern look like the new mercs and audis ect but I am undercided if it will look naff and tacky at the moment

As an OEM boy I think it would look naff and out of place - IMO

Yeah to be honest I think you are right I have never really been a fan of angel eye headlights ect either , I might just go back to the plan I had of fitting s2000 rear lights instead

I have been contemplating this as I actually think it would look OK as the rear lights lend themselves to it with the way they split red/clear

That was my opinion I would like to see how it looks as my car is not really oem looking anymore as the rear has had the badges removed and the boot lock and fog light smoothed over anyway I might just look more into it as I think there's some wireing to do to stop the car thinking you have bulbs blown as the leds use such little power ?

The rear end of the 5th green is one of the best looking parts about it. I like it oem. Led lights work well if it looks oem.
I was part of a group buy on prelude power back in 2007 for rear led lights but nothing came of it.

Yeah I've seen a guy in the states do the LED circuits for tail lights and ill not lie some of them looked really good and he done this for the 4th Gen.
I agree with Ratty the "erse" of the 5th is really quite refined and OEM is nice however if someone was able to build this it would need to be integrated into the elongated tail lights of the 5th.

Actually after a quick search think these are the ones I had seen.

I think I might get another set of rear lights as my car looks like this at the back I already think it's nothing like oem anyway
