To clarify - that's In Car Entertainment - not frozen water

LO :D
I had this problem ages ago and I removed a small unit behind the dash that controls the air vents.
I took it apart and sprayed with contact cleaner spray and re-fitted and its been fine since.
I did take a load of pics but they were posted on LB forum.
Could be the same issue.
It's a small plastic unit attached to a metal frame , inside has a motor and some plastic cogs that I cleaned up.
Do take a pic before you take them apart though 8-)
Worst thing was I got a replacement unit from a breakers that didn't work and ended up with two working ones in the end
Cheers ;)
