Opening JDM headlights

As the title goes,
Is this easy enough to do?
Is it like doing the taillights with baking them or is there a simple way of doing it?

Same as the tail lights. They use the same gummy adhesive.
Preheat the oven on to 120C. Turn it off and pop the light in on a cold tray. Make sure it doesn't touch the sides. Pull it out after 5 minutes.
