1996 Prelude Manual Speed Signal Wire at cluster ?

Post by uberNoobZA » Wed Aug 01, 2018 8:58 am

I've installed a head unit with built in navigation (Pioneer AVIC-F80DAB), which has a speed signal input wire. Where could I find the speed signal wire going INTO the instrument cluster, so that I can tap into it ? Wiring diagram / photo showing plug position and wire colour at back of EL cluster would be really handy.

Thanks. So I just tap into that wire and feed down to the head unit? Sounds simple enough :D

Sounds simple, but what format of input is the headunit expecting? Will it match what the car kicks out?
