Anyways, the question is, what is the name of the connector? Its honda specific, but a quick search throws up nothing.
They're Sumitomo connectors.
Can't recall which specific range, but see here;

ah - cheers for that. Through some googling I've been able to find some.

From sumitomo website:
https://www.dalroad.com/wp-content/uplo ... series.pdf
part number F(6098-0234)

pretty sure this is the same connector
http://www.cycleterminal.com/hd-250-connectors.html

no need for them now - but looks like you can get some from aliexpress etc:

https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32919693335.html
https://www.yqwakan.com/product_6002_1p ... 80234.html

Does just look like a normal spade connector - perhaps i'll retry just to satisfy my curiosity. All soldered and heat shrinked in now so no going back lol. Still, would be good for future accessories...

I'll have a search later for UK supplier or maybe do a small bulk purchase for the community benefit lol.
