Hi Drax - the issue is no sound - units light up etc - i can just hear very faint sound from units when turned up full volume. I think it did put up fault code on one of the dsp control units - i can plug them all back in and swap them about to test them - just dont know if it is a loom/wiring/speaker issue or problem with cd player or prob with actual dsp stuff. Any pointers on how to help track fault down would be good - for instance is there a fuse or rely to check

I had another go at fixing the dsp in the 4th gen.
I have two sets - so both dsp radios seem to work in that they light up and only one of the dsp unit illuminates and switches on/off ok. I then tried a known working aftermarket unit and that works ok and produces sound, so im still a bit stumped as to what the problem could be - i had read somewhere that the cd changed can effect the dsp set up. I will need to get another cd changer unit to test out.
If anyone can help or point me in the right direction it would be appreciated. :)
