P5M ECU

does anyone have the ecu diagram showing what is what
i want to try and understand it a bit better to convert 1 of these civic ecus to use dual butterflies.
and maybe transfer my immob over to keep it secure still Smile
also anyone got anything to say about the htune chips?
with the h22a map, launch control etc whats your experience?

obd1 conversion with a p72 obd1 ecu! p5m is a 5th gen ecu isnt it? if so you will have hellava job chiiping it, maybe drop lll a pm as he has really looked into it for his type s

yes i know about the p73 and 72 and your right about the p5m is the 5th gen
but i have a p28
and htune already mod this ecu to use dual butterflies so there is a way

im in the process of making my own conversion harness i need heat shrink and some female connectors for the loom i have off an older accord so the wires will be in the correct plugs ready to hook up will post pics up after. i have been taking pics from the start
its a very hard way round what im doing but its cheap like the budgie
i got a good desk plenty of space & light, a couple of decent soldering iron and im gettin good with boards now
who shall i drop a pm?

I have heard the
http://www.gotboost.co.uk/ will chip the P28 so it uses the IAB's. I'd get them to do it.

Of course you can add IAB control onto the P28 board. The guys at H-tune or Got Boost can do it for you. If I can find my damn spare chipped P28, I have the components and how-to printout for the IAB's, you can buy them off me if I can find them? £10 + say £2 p&p? Think that's the going rate for these bits and they're brand new. Just scratching my head where they are in the house or the garage???
