5G I assume?

ABS - 15 - Wheel Sensor: RR (Open/Short to Body Ground/Short to Power)

I had this. The rear ABS sensors can just die on you, its quite common on 4th Gens. You clear the codes, drive away and after a short distance the ABS light comes on - then the 4WS disables itself. I think I had exactly the same codes. Replaced the ABS sensor - all good.

If you need a replacement - both left and right rears are interchangeable. You just unpin the metal bracket which holds the cable, and you can then use visa-versa.
