Mk4 prelude blower motor and dash light issue.

I've shorted out the ABS pump relay briefly, it appears the pump motor has failed so a rebuild alone won't fix it. A shame as if the motor had life in it I'm sure it would be worth having a go!

Considering the car has a bad ABS pump, has the usual rot creeping in, and overall is a bit of a rougher example what is the market value of a car like this?
As much as its lovely I'm always getting urges too look at other cars, and I'm half tempted to put a couple signs in the window at japshow too see if anyone buys it! If it does not sell its no big issue as I do enjoy it!
