From memory you use the o2 sensor to adjust the fuel trim to get the optimum AFR at each part fo the rev range (13:1 I think). I'm sure I remember reading that the H22 runs rich higher up and you can trim 4-5% off the fuel mix and get a few extra horses from it. Will try and find the link to it later for you.
There aren't any other things to tune with it so pretty straight forward
