Brake Lights Stuck in on position

Yep. That plastic part just broke apart on my BB4 when I swapped the clutch master cylinder on it late last year.
Actually can't recall what I did about it at the time, now 
Fortunately I haven't had a problem with the brake lights not working correctly though.
