See the pic of the stack of ECU's in my tuning guide. From bottom to top is OBD0, OBD1, OBD2A & OBD2B.

The way to tell if it is OBD2A is the harness uses (from right to left) 2 plugs, then no plug (no pins) on plug 3, then uses plug 4.

OBD2B uses the left 3 plugs only, no far right plug.

no your looking at the ecu not the harness as rob has said

That ECU is an OBD1 ECU.

I assume it's going into your 5th gen? If yes, the 5th gen will be OBD2A, so the harness you bought should be perfect. :wink:
