Whining Stereo - Help

Hopefully someone has had this and can help.
I have a whine on the stereo and I cannot get rid of it.
So far :
Decent power and RCA leads separated properly
Everything including headunit and amps all wired to same grounding point in rear of the car.
All connections checked and grounding points checked
I even got desperate and fitted a suppressor to the alternator
nothing is completely getting rid of it.
Any ideas would be appreciated!

You can run the power and RCA next to each with no problem.
Where is the grounding point in the boot? clean grounds?
Where does the headunit get power from OEM wiring or from the amp area dizzy block?
Good quality RCA?
My headunit is powered and grounded from my dizzy block in the boot and groiunded the chassis to the front dash frame. The dizzy block is grounded to the drivers side arch area next to the fuel tank on the floor.
All engine wiring upgraded to 0awg
I only get noise when my gains are on max which they dont need to be.

Power is from the OEM - that might be one to try.
Grounding point in the boot i just forward of the jack storage. Very clean.
I have already upgraded all the engine bay earth cables. Stripped them all out today and gave the while lot a clean which has reduced it a bit more.
I will try powering the head unit from the block next. Cheers for the advice

Yer just the 12v constant to the headunit from the dizzy. This alone made a huge difference for me. You can still use the OEM 12 ignition.

Just to feedback on this in case someone else searches. Just got around to this yesterday.
Problem now sorted courtesy of Sir Ratty.
Live feed to the headunit from the amps and some gain adjustment on the amps and no more whining.
Cheers
