Problem is that sometimes driving SRS light comes on for 3 seconds . What could be a reason,

Depends what system it has, my UKDM has no way to reset it or find fault codes

that reset is 5g only

4th gen is older system

Cool, remaned the wiki post for 5G only. My 4th didn't come from the factory with an airbag.

Is it in cold weather when the wheel is nearing full lock by any chance?

could be electrical gremlin, is it flickering?

check earths etc..

could try replacing srs ecu..

difficult one really

my ukdm one did this and took the steering wheel off to check the airbag connection but like a muppet forgot to disconnect the battery first

so the srs light came on for good

honda main dealer reset only and they wanted 64 quid

so stuck a plaster over the light and forgot about it

Not all 4th gens are the same then.

I followed that guide on my 4g & it worked a treat
