Are they OEM Newkid? Or have you fitted some JDM power folding mirrors to another car? It's just that while they all have glass adjustment motors in, they don't all have folding motors. UK & US didn't get them, IIRC. There is an electrical control unit inside the door, I think this controls the folding part, perhaps you need a new one of them?

//Edit: damn it beaten to it lol

Is the relay working?

Can't remember which door it's in, but if that's got dry joints or kaput that could be your issue

LLL sounds like yours could do with a strip down and clean inside - try folding the mirror in manually, holding it there and pressing the unfold button, the worm drive on the motor might catch the teeth if you're lucky.

Pretty sure the relay is in the drivers door.

In that case it sounds like a signal problem, unlike LLL who's motor tries, struggles then gives up, it sounds like yours just hasn't woken up. Check that big electic relay box thing in the door, if all leads are plugged in correctly, swap it for another one to see if that solves the problem.
