LO All :D

Looking through the great pics posted today from JAPFEST 8-) I noticed that some of the 5th Gens had darker looking headlights.
Have you guys taken your lights apart and painted the inside or are they tinted on the outside :?:

I was looking thinking of maybe film tinting mine with a light tint , but i'm worried about it being legal and if it might reduce the beam quality :?:

Cheers peops ;)

There are loads of guides on here.

Just pop them in the oven open them up. Take the chrome ring out and spray that black. DONE. Thats how i did mine.

I've bought some SPI vision to try, supposed to be better than flyeye.

I'll let you know if it looks chavvy/bum droppings when I've put it on.

£15 on eBay Sam. 40cm x 1.25m with a fitting kit.

Might need to buy one lot for each headlight on the 5g though...... :)

Cheaper than flyeye and supposed to be a lot better, as it uses black adhesive rather than the white on the flyeye.

Flyeye is printed vinyl. SPI is the propper vinyl backed layered stuff.
