Hey guys, I just pulled this from my donor 'lude - is it worth fitting to my BB4? I have Tanabe 4-2-1 straight through to back box (no cat) and an Apexi induction kit.

Yes yes yes and yes. However, you will then HAVE to use decent fuel, no more 95 ron at all

Awesome, thanks fellas!
Ok so only Momentum/V-Power Nitro+ from now on. Is this chip going to tweak my fuel:air ratios then to give better mid-range, or better MPG, or what? I don't know exactly what it does..

Slight increase in power plus VTEC in 1st, removes 112mph limiter, and VTEC at 5K rpm

I have no converter in my 4th and I have VTEC in first and no-limiter :? . I wonder how my car manages it?

Cool, I currently don't have VTEC in 1st or the 112mph limiter so I assume my convertor thing is in the wrong place..

Yeah, you would also want to move the converter from before the ECU to behind your clocks.

Move? I have to locate it first. I don't even know what it looks like, where to find it, or even HOW to move it! Should I do this before fitting the chipped ECU?
