Dash Mod

Post by pbryant_knight » Sat May 18, 2013 7:32 pm

Well, i like to try to make my cars a little bit different or special and with this one i've gone with my dash mod. Done similar things on all my cars in the last few years except the ludes so though it was time to mod this one.

Dash as it was before

I've removed the vents, moved the centre vent pilar, Removed the clock, made space near the hazzard switch and installed a 3.5" screen with 2 video inputs and a 3.5" satnav. The screen is currently hooked up to an old car DVD player but this will soon be repplacede with an SD multimedia player.

Looks good but then there are no fans. We need a flip up screen above the vents.

I would think I'd miss the middle vents, but very nice work indeed.

perhaps it could be done with just one vent out and one screen in.
