Hi people.
I am at a confused state in fitting my sony stereo in my bb4. So far i have removed everything and got my self a after market wiring harness and a cage. I think my bb4 is double din which mean two slots, correct? So how do i fit this stereo in securely when there is nothing to hold the cage in place? Hope this makes sense. Feel very dumb atm lol. HELP!

the single din cage for the stereo will still hold it fine if fitted correctly. Then you can get another facia plate or pocket recess from audio dealers, failing that try breakers, failing that cut some flat black plastic to fit and glue in place

Yep, but his was double-din. I have a spare under stereo pocket/tray thing you can have for £5 plus delivery mate.

Thanks guys. I allready have the under tray.
Thank you for offer though bb1boy. So i put the weight of the headunit on the tray? Im still confused to how i anchor the cage to support the weight of the stereo.
Also i want to replace all of my speakers dose anyone know the dimensions of them?
Thanks Craig.

I did the same, the original had 2 single din head units I took them out and instead of having an expensive double din unit I bought a tray with combined cup holder which sits on top of my head unit. Very useful as the lude never had cup holders and now McDonald's trips are more exciting!
