4g headlight adjustment

can someone please put a link for a how-to on 4g headlight adjustment please, its for adjusting them up and down - it drives me crazy something like this is so difficult to find every time
maybe its just me. could do with being in the Tech Section too.

Long phillips screwdriver, poke through hole near front of wing above headlight.
Fiddle around until you find the wheel.
Turn.

oh ive done it several times before mate, just there's 3 holes to choose from and i can never remember which one adjusts the beam up and down lol
