Lude Generation

I am after a little information an help working out what is in my car. I am taking the aftermarket alarm / immobiliser out and have traced the wires back to where it goes into what I think is an OEM loom. I have found this strange black box on the side of the passenger footwell. I wonder what it is.


I have looked on the forum for other cars with the interior out but cant seee this black box:

I might pop to my garage and get some pics. In the mean time does anyone know what I'm on about?

Mines all out and I can't think of any strange black box. If its aftermarket its probably stuck in place rather than bolted?

No Is it supposed to be in that pic above?

I had a blue 1 for the aftermarket alarm but that was just hanging around removed it as it wasn't working anyway

Yes I have a Prelude that drives.

It's in the passenger side, but you took a picture from the driver side? lol. Can you circle it on the picture?
