Fitting fail

Removed the boot liners on the sides, easily done :D

Undid the bolts pretty easy too :D

Tried fitting without jacking- doesn't fit

Tried jacking up from the rear tow hook- still doesn't fit

Tried jacking up one side only, very close, but still doesn't fit

Any more advice?? :?

Both back wheels clearly off the floor, and one of the strut tops needs dropping out of the car mate.

Yeah the 5th gens had to be jacked up, one fits perfect, the other needed to be dropped out then put back in again.

macky_6", have you finally fit that bar?? I have fitted mine lat week and I've also need to lift my rear end and loose the struts bolts - 2 x ech side to frops strut's studs down, so tr this way.

Whe I did that strut bar sat properl, other ussers also fit them with no problems so I belive yours should be fine - they all are made on the same array
ludes are ment to be driven, not wanking around on a stand like a Civic.

Fitted

Thanks for the advice 8-)

Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about getting one. Went for a spin and the handling is really tight
