Ooh, didnt spot that either, excuse my ignorance guys but how do the harnesses 'wrap' round and secure. Mine has the clips for the eyelets.

if you turned this picture upside down you will see the tail of the harness,
you just feed the tail back out through the clip that adjusts the length and the triangular bit that would clip onto the harness eye just comes off the tail.
you just wrap the tail around the harness bar and back through the adjusting clip and bobs your uncle.



the loops of round bar then stop your harness from moving sideways and you have a nice round surface for your harness to sit on rather than the very small and square edged surface that the harness was through before.

the one in the picture above has wrapped his harness back through upside down, thats why you can see the excess harness. that should be underneath but as long as you just reverse how you take the eyelet off you can't go wrong.
