The main reason Rich went with the Mondeo discs is that their offset matches what is needed. The bore is very easy to modify (for a machinist).

Edit. Think I maybe wrong. I'll look into that bore size
236bhp and 170ft/lb stock

I did something similar to go with my XYZ 330mm front brake set up. I bored out the centre to 64.1mm and slotted the holes to accommodate the larger PCD of the wheel bolts. I also fitted front wheel studs(longer than the rears by 5mm) as the disc is thicker, so is the centre part. ;)

I also had to trim the outer edges of the rear wheel bearing hub to fit the disc flush to the face.
And moving the rear hand brake bracket to make it reach the new position that the calliper was now sitting in. 8-)

And I think I got my rear discs from Brakes International for around £50 delivered a pair. :D
