Aha yes you're right i suspected that was part of the problem, so yeah leaking from 3 different areas and with the current weather have a small pool in the wheel well, i took the lining and carpet out over a year ago and just haven't got to this issue yet as there were bigger problems to solve first

Interesting... Nice find vanzep and thanks for thinking of us all here
I could potentially take 3 sets of 4g, but it would depend very much on what the final GBP price was going to end up being.

My tail lights don’t actually leak all that much, I think the bigger problem is rust around the boot seal letting water in past the seal, but there looks to be plenty of solid metal left so will get to it later this year hopefully...
Ive been working on the same thing - water can also get in thru the panels where they overlap - (you wouldnt believe it could leak from there but it can) just at either side of the boot seal - sure honda had a fix for this - you cover the panel overlaps with a layer of tigerseal or similar top and bottom - newkid did same fix on his torneo :)
Yea the old sealant at the panel joins goes porous. Added tigerseal to mine to replace the old stuff. Looks a mess when boots open but small price to pay for keeping the boot waterfree.

BTW you will find if the boot seal isn't holed or torn I'd say its not coming from there. I replaced one on torneo with a brand new oem one from honda which made no difference, as above turned out was the panel joins.

well thats 7 or 8 sets so far :)
if i can get another few interested then id be happy to make an enquiry for 10 sets (5x4th gen & 5x 5th gen)

It would be just an enquiry at this stage but 10 sets shipped to one address might be doable for them
