when my fabricator eventually gets time ill get him to do me a full cage lol

They'll do all the measuring. You just need to strip out everything first.

Seats and everything in the back is no issue but dash is a royal headache

You can work a cage around a dash if you want. Best to talk to the fabricator about your options and what you're going to be using the car for.
