I met the guy for the first time yesterday as I happen to live near him and coincidentally had a donor bumper for him to build the lip from. I imagine as always he'll be asking for rough numbers so he can quote. If that's the case Pete I always as to quote for 1, 5, 10 & 20, then you'll have targets for members to get the price down.

Nice one Nathan, I'll be in touch with him soon now he knows the measurements.
Si import- he said the group buy will only cover fibreglass any carbon ones will have to be specially ordered once the first batch is done.

Price wise, the civic lip is is £105 +p&p for fibreglass. Now the prelude is bigger and he doesnt have one to copy so its more labour intensive. And we are a much smaller market so expect the price the be slightly more but then hopefully the group but will help reduce it a little.
As Nathan has said, check out there website. They make alot of car parts and I'm yet to see anyone say a bad thing about them.
Start the ball rolling on the list and it should get things goin quickly

Right it seems the only way this is goin to happen is if we can all put down a £50 deposite.
As the prelude has limited followers I guess the guy has seen it won't make him a lot of money fast so it would be the only way to really get his attention.
