its better than nothing but you sit in the front not the back with your head not that far back from the top of the screen, that big glass thing that don't have much strength in it. thats the weakest point of a roof, it has the thinnest pillars for visibility but its also the closest part to your head. i had only 2 stipulations if i did a road rally as a navigator, it had to have a harness and it had to have a cage. now thats a dangerous sport that can be done in a totally standard car but its also off topic so i shall shut up :lol:
