you are right about the noise from the belt but it is minimal imo and also you find with the H23 kit the adjustment isnt really used as it needs to be set at minimum as the new T belt is very tight like you say - when i did mine i had to readjust it by one tooth to get it to run properly. thats just my own experience but i have heard others have had the same issue.
again your right the kaisenspeed is just a straight swap for the autotensioner so less work to do than the H23 kit.
i dont like cluttering up Scotts For Sale Thread but its good to have an open discussion on the pros and cons :)
