We only do the kits i'm afraid. We dont split them up.

If its just a few bits, They shouldn't be too expensive from a dealer?

Kaizenspeed looks good.

but think people are unsure of untested part, on such a critical part of engine

what makes you think this is good product? have you tried it or know of anyone who has.....
i remember seeing a discussion on it not that long ago (maybe on a usa forum) and the thought was it was basically just a bolt-seemed like a lot of money for what it was
whereas the H23 manual tensioner was developed by Honda and has been tested by them and has an excellent track record in the real world.

im not knocking it as i havent used it or know anyone who has... :?

I have the kaizenspeed tensioner on my car! I did alot of convertions in my cars and other! Good stuff for sure but i prefer the kaizenspeed one!

First because you will notice useing the bigger bearing from the kit get alot more stress on the T-belt...stretchs more so suggest you guys to change it at each 60 000km!

Second make sure you have full range of motion of the bearing...the little plate in "Y" who holds the locking screw is limiting the tensioner!

Tird You going to have noises of the belt, a little like a supercharge noise because of the belt been stretch so if you go logicaly a new belt be great, a little pain in the ass to put there but it´s ok, if you go with an old one it´s going to be easier for sure but risks are there!!

The kaizenspeed is the same format as the oem one...so no stress anywhere to put t-belt and stuff!! It´s been tested but then is up to each and everyone! The h23 kit on a h22 is not been tested by honda.....
