Pains me to say it but time has come for this to be broken. Car has no oil leaks anywhere but is massively using oil. 1 litre per 250 miles (mainly motorway) over the last few days. Hit vtec in daylight don't see it but come night if a cars behind you with lights on and you vtec massive amounts of smoke. Guessing stem seals. With the money I've put into this car I just can't justify putting anymore into it to fix engine and then sort bodywork (quarters have started going above the bubble sides)

Plenty off good bits tho. Parts and prices......

M2f5 gearbox with mfactory 4.64 final drive and lsd, new diff bolts and bearings, new seals. £1000 (parts cost more than this)
Fm short shift SOLD
Spoon braces SOLD
Bc coilovers £325
Bride seat rails £180
300mm brake setup £130
Fujitsubo manifold with cat delete £325
Custom catback SOLD
Team dynamics 1.2 £400
Aluminium rad SOLD

Plenty of other parts like light flywheel, newish atr clutch, value sport spoiler etc

:?
Have you compression tested it?
What's the engine in the gold 5g like?

I get where you're coming from with having sunk a lot of time and money into it to get it right and... It's still not there and repaying you with schmokes. But... You have put so much effort into it, you won't get another one you know so well, have got so much to your spec and have sorted so many niggles on?

Defo nothing to do with compression. Car still pulls strong as ever. Only puffs the smoke out when in vtec so has to be stem seals.

Possibly the only part I'd keep as I'd never get what it's worth. Parts alone cost near enough 1250.

Would need to be silly money as it's worth a fortune in parts.
