If you've genuinely been offered £1k, then take it imo! That's way easier than the hassle involved in breaking it and posting bits - that's worth loads in hours of labour taking it apart and time delay in selling enough bits in small chunks at a time, before you recoup £1k.
From your list of bits on the first page, I doubt you've got £500 there, tbh.

do you no whats involved fitting the climate into a non climate car and what sort of money for the whole climate control system
