If it's broken at the flexi, that will definitely be affecting emissions - it's right by the lambda sensor

downpipe arrived finally on monday set about fitting it today and omg i thought the delivery and customer services was useless , the part is even worse i have fitted some badly made parts in my time but this turned into a right mission , so heres a list of its faults
1- the bend from the manifold flange is to shallow causing it to hit the sump
2- the mounting bracket for the engine support is in wrong place
3- the rubber mount mounting bracket is in wrong place by a good 4"
4- there is no groove for the cat to downpipe sealing ring
5- its short in length by a good 3/4"
so needless to say it didnt just fit straight out the packet i figured no point sending it back as customer services is a waste of time , so i set about making it fit add to this the fact all the old bolts had to be wooshed of with the gas torch it made for a interesting day , in hind sight a complete exhaust would of been a good choice  ,, least the rear roll bar bushes didnt go to bad with only one bolt breaking off .

to recap its now had its new downpipe , rear rollbar bushes , cleaned the egr and for some reason i never fitted new plugs and air filter wondered why i had them left in the boot so they have now been fitted so heres hoping i get a pass now else i could be losing the plot
