Would be great to organise something a lot earlier in the year and get a better more prominent club plot. Its the best social meet of the year. I wish more members could support it next year.

It's ok Sam - Farlow, Gayno and myself more than made up for you on that front
And

Amen to getting more people there next year, it's a really fantastic event. More members = entering some of the events (dragon boat
and challenge DSOC for their crown!!!)
Thanks to Gayno for organising and to
@ddoubledanny for lending us the gazeebo and BBQ even when he wasn't able to come himself
+rep for that, otherwise we'd have had even less ludes there with Gayno's staying at home!
Well done to Toad for bringing what at that stage, was the only 5th - we were literally a lude 'generation' until that point and especially well done to both sarah and Dan for coming down - new members coming to a show so quickly is definitely top marks!!!
I can vouch for the band being really excellent too, was a great addition. Needs a bit more organisation/promotion next year by the JAE admin, return of Wickstead's bar (why the hell wasn't that there?!) and not making them start late.
Personally I like being down that end of the field, because you can make as much noise as you like/as late as you want (half 1 on Thursday and was it half 2 on Friday?
) and far less other idiots. Only disadvantage is as you say, it is slightly less prominent for showing off the cars.
Will get pics up maybe later tonight and
possibly band watching video too

Laziness on my part
At least you came down and said hi!
Did get up to see your car, but you weren't around at the time from what I could see. Had a good chat to the owner of the white 3rd gen on MB opposite you though (wondering where their pink 4th gen has been the last couple of years, btw?!)
